Mary's Cheesecake, 5x7

Our painting group, Pieces of 8, celebrates birthdays a little differently. The Birthday Person brings the dessert. This ensures that no one's birthday is forgotten, and also provides a nice subject for our painting project of the day. Mary's Blueberry Cheesecake was delicious.

    What a great idea to eat and paint together...or should I say paint, then eat. This cheese cakes looks yummy enough to eat. You have captured the texture of the cake really well.

    Great purples and blues and I like the background color you used. The creamy color of the cheesecake is just a bit too good. Gotta go...must have sugar!

    I don't think I've ever actually tried blueberry cheesecake but it looks delicious! Really yummy painting.
